Device-Tree bindings for MediaTek SoC based RTC

Required properties:
- compatible	    : Should be "mediatek,mt2712-rtc" : for MT2712 SoC
- reg 		    : Specifies base physical address and size of the registers;
- interrupts	    : Should contain the interrupt for RTC alarm;
