Cortina Systems Gemini SoC Watchdog

Required properties:
- compatible : must be "cortina,gemini-watchdog"
- reg : shall contain base register location and length
- interrupts : shall contain the interrupt for the watchdog

Optional properties:
- timeout-sec : the default watchdog timeout in seconds.
